My fiance started to finally watch what he eats. But that was a year after me making a life style change. I think my upcoming wedding has inspired more people. But I am still super happy for them.

I joined the happy herbivores >> http://www.myfitnesspal.com/groups/home/45-happy-herbivores. People from here share lots of recipes on there. I…

I have played for an highschool team in Cali. for 2 1/2 years (had to quit mid season). I was a prop and played flanker in nationals. Right now I play for another local women's team. I play prop still but the coach was flirting with the idea of me being hooker. My older team we seemed to do squats for ever as the forward…

Thank you very much for your advice. I will talk to her soon when I see her. I feel like the worst that can happen from talking to her is feeling how I did earlier before I read this post. Nevertheless I will still get a dress so thanks :)

Join a group. You should join Happy Herbivores, they are a vegan/vegetarian group here. I just joined them to find support in my transition to be a vegetarian.

I just do yoga inside. Its nice and slow makes me feel better and since I enjoy doing it, I will actually get out of bed and do it. :)

I am pretty sure they have lockers out side the park. But you can't take the food in. When I go I just leave my food in the car and come back for it at lunch. Have fun. Its all decked out for the Holidays :)

Congrats with all your weight loss from it Shar. I'm so happy you could keep up with the back. Last night at practice I was able to also! Best felling in the world.

I used to make ice-cream all the time in girl scouts. The way we did it was get a quart size bag and fill it with all the ingredients. Then put it in a gallon sized bad filled with ice and rock salts. Shake it for a while (like 5 min?) and tadah! Its a lil bit of a work out, but so good. If you have someone else with you,…

You soo should! Right now (in the US) it is suppose to be the fastest growing sport for women. I just moved this year and I thought I was going to have to give it up, but lo and behold a team had just started here!

Thank you T. :) I'm sure you'll meet tons of people matching that description. Good luck on your weight control journey. You can add me if you would like another support pal.

Hello, I'm Nikki. I am getting married November 2012. We haven't made a date yet though. We have been engaged for over a year now but we wanted to wait until we were at least 21 and financially ready. I need to loose ALOT of weight. At least 40 which I know I can do by then. But my mother is making my wedding dress so I…

Hello, I'm Nikki. I very sadly don't really support any teams. I'm in the US so I hardly get to see a game. I have played for a womens team for a couple of years though.

I am also looking for motivation buddies so I'll add you and anyone else add me :p
