i don't think you're eating enough calories. I know that sounds contradictory but that's what I've learned. Especially if you're working out. You want to eat the amount of calories that MFP tells you to. Good luck :smile:

I am in the same boat. And the drinking thing as well. I don't drink a lot but you can see from my food diaries, when I do, I do it big. And I like to eat after drinking. And if I'm tipsy or drunk, I'll eat whatever I can get my hands on. I've stopped buying it so it's not in the house. It's definitely hindering my weight…

about 5. Usually 2 & 1/2 to 3 hours apart. But I start about 7 in the AM, kick that metabolism up early
