Joined a couple of months ago and was having good success, then I took three business trips in a month and almost got back to where I started.
Planning to get down to 178, then get back up to 190 via strength training and eating healthier, while still maintaining cardio health. I don't want to do the strength training until I get to my target weight, since muscle weighs more than fat.
I think my gut had an extra 18 pounds it didn't need when I started. Now perhaps it is only 15 pounds too much.
Boring message I know.

Thanks - The sky was in Treasure Island, FL near Sarasota.
I am very impressed with what you have done. Great work. My goals are relatively minor comparatively and it is hard enough, so I know you have definitely done extremely well so far - keep it up.0
