Thanks, 200g is a HUGE cut for me for now, I don't need to lose any weight, just get rid of my little post baby fat on my belly. I think going from 500g to 200 is good breakdown for now as I am slowly working on it

I don't use whey powder because all of the whey proteins you get have sucralose in them which can cause long term effects to your liver BUT I do us chocolate shakeology and love adding almond milk and strawberries!

Clean eating is eating as little processed foods so getting as much food in the produce section as possible vs getting canned.

The most accurate way is to get a heart rate monitor with the option to see how many calories you burned. Polar has some great ones!

YES when I have dry skin and sweat, it makes them itch. That could be it...try adding some lotion on before you workout

Hi! I have the JM 30 day shred and loved it, it is quite short (only about 20 min a day) so I personally wouldn't do this program alone, you may need something else. I don't feel 20 min is enough exercise for a day) and yes you just need a set of dumbells for equipment. I'd be happy to chat with you more on other workouts…

calories burned is going to be different for each person. All depends on age/weight/heart rate. Do you have a heart rate monitor? You can track it on there or you can google a calorie counter and it can give you a rough estimate

HEY! I actually used to teach Body Pump and Body Step. it is a GREAT program for anyone! All levels, I just reocmmend you start off with light weights (even if you feel it can be too light) but it gives you something to push forward to for your next class. it is awesome. They actually just released an at home version…

no it is NOT just for girls BUT most men don't like it because it is too short. My hubby tried it and found p90x was more suitable for him.

I have tried them before and they taste great BUT it's because it has a bunch of artificial junk in it so it isn't the greatest for you. I drink Shakeology, it is more expensive but worth every cent, 100% all natural and chocolate
