question about jm 30 day shred

Hi, iv seen a lot of people on here talking about the jm 30 day shred so thought id check it out on amazon. it seems to get a lot of good reviews so im really tempted to go ahead...
Now the thing is im wanting to lose weight and tone up without actually gaining obvious big muscles (does that make sense?) i have a young son (must lose baby weight!!) and cant get to a gym so easily so something like this would be ideal, cos then i can do it while hes napping... i guess im asking will this help me to acheive my goal or does any one have any other suggestions? ooh also does it require any equipment i.e. weights?)

    Hi! I have the JM 30 day shred and loved it, it is quite short (only about 20 min a day) so I personally wouldn't do this program alone, you may need something else. I don't feel 20 min is enough exercise for a day) and yes you just need a set of dumbells for equipment. I'd be happy to chat with you more on other workouts that I think are great :) Send me a message if you want!
