Insanity question

I'd like to start Insanity real soon but I have a quick question. Does it in any way involve dance type moves or martial arts type moves? I'm extremely uncoordinated so if it has complex movements that require every limb to be doing something different then it's not for me.

Nope no dance moves. Lots of jumping though. You just have to learn to land softly and you're good.

The same way they train athletes or your PE classes,
Run, jump, jumping rope, ski, sprint, jumping jack, push up. The movement are short,, you move in your own speed as long you have the correct form
