It lost me at eating six tomatoes. I can't even eat one (yuck!) I like what I'm doing now. GM can keep it's tomatoes. My sister was telling me about a woman she knows that went on a diet like this one, she lost down to a size 6 and she didn't like how she looked at that size, so she started eating again to get to a size 12.

I have Zumba on the Kinect. I am by no means an expert, but it is really fun for me. MUCH BETTER than running on a treadmill by FAR! I'd like to go and join the local Zumba classes someday, I want to get my confidence up a little first, though.

I don't miss any of the foods I quit eating. The only thing I wish I could have is McDonald's breakfast bagels, but my local McDonald's doesn't even sell them anymore. I gave up hours and hours of television.

I'm on Day 6. I was horribly sore for the first 3 days. Now, I feel awesome. I'm actually considering moving up to 8 lb weights. (I use 5 lb weights now.) I still can't do more than 4 push ups at a time. And the bicycle crunches suck. But I always feel much better when I get done.

I just looked up the Daniel Fast and it said you can eat all legumes and all whole grains (except leavened bread.) I don't see why it would cause you problems. Most of the things you can't eat are things that aren't really good for you anyway.
