Yes. If you keep your head screwed on tight and your plate full of clean foods. No starving involved. So what if you forgo that cookie, or that icecream. Its called self-control. And really? Anorexic isnt a BMI. Its a mental state.

Why would you eat processed food, no matter how much protein it has, when you can eat clean, wholesome and fresh food? Good god. Don't be lazy and treat your body with some respect!

Don't eat it. I used to and by 12pm I was ravenous. Now i drink tea/coffee and I'm good till 1-2pm

I used to have simply agonising cramps, mood swings, cravings - the whole deal - until I discovered I was gluten intolerant and cut out gluten. Now my body can go about its monthly business without my uterus torturing me every couple of hours. Obviously if you know you're definitely not gluten intolerant this won't help…

ugh, if you're not hungry don't eat. forcing yourself to consume food when the body doesn't need it is stupid.

Do what suits you. There are no rules. If you're legit hungry (as in you're happy to chomp on a carrot and broccoli) then go for it. But if you find yourself reaching for cake, don't even think about it. Whats the point in going to the gym if you eat back your hard work in gross processed food? The body isnt picky about…
