I would like to lose 11 lbs by New Years which will make me 80 lbs down. I want to stop losing and gaining the same 5 lbs, and stick to my calorie goal and drink 110 oz of water per day! I want to hit the gym/ exercise at home 5 days a week, and make myself take 2 rest days.

Looking at your ticker it says that you need to lose 140 lbs. If this is true and you are eating 1370 calories you are not getting nearly enough calories! MFP always greatly over estimates my calorie burn. With that being said the elliptical normally underestimates my Calorie burn anywhere from 20-40 cals. I agree with the above! It does not look like you have that much more to lose. If you change your eating habits and exercise you should be fine! Since you have so little to lose it might come off slowly but the chances are it will stay off. You can't take suppressants for the rest of your life.

It really all depends on what you like. If you like Beer, then have a beer or two, and get back on track the next day, or adjust your calories in order to have those beers. I will try to help you if you want. I go to the gym about 5 days a week for 1 hour.. I try not to make up to many excuses, but I will say that I do miss about 3 days once a month! :)

I normally use 1 whole egg and a half cup of egg whites, with pepper. I have added bell peppers and mushrooms before and it was good also.

I get the Tyson Boneless Skinless chicken breast and they normally range from 4-6oz on my food scale! And those are 110 calories for 4 oz.

I can not see your diary, but I would assume you are probably not eating enough. Also get your Blood Pressure checked because low Blood pressure can also cause this!

It took about 9 - 10 months to lose 50. I am about to hit 60 for my 1 year mark! First 30 lbs lost was do to eating about 1500 calories a day, and exercising for 30-45 minutes 5 days a week. The second 30 lbs was do to eating around 1800-2000 calories and exercising for 1 hr 5-6 days a weeks.
