I am "back again" after gaining weight... I need to be highly motivated to feel better about myself! Add me as a friend! I am logging in every day, trying to not forget to log my food before bed, drinking my water, and counting on support to do this!

Just for today: I may be over, but I will log. I may be under with my water, but I will be mindful to drink all day, and I will not go into the pantry for snacks after 7pm!!

I agree with this... Start with drinking 6 to 8 glasses of water for today--just today. Tomorrow, do the same. Keep taking small steps one day at a time. Good luck

Olive oil with onions in a med heat pan... then add all kinds of veggies that you like--I use summer squash and peppers.... Add balsamic vinegar and stir with a little salt. Then I add baby spinach and parm cheese... When it is all sauteed and ready, I spoon the pasta in and stir and serve.

give yourself today! You seem to know how to do this!! Giving yourself a day off of anything, is not a bad thing! Get back on track early next week and you will be much better off for doing so! great job on the weight loss!

same--i started measuring the cream in my coffee??? Ridiculous amounts. I am not at 2 Tbsp a day of light cream. That was the first thing I did.
