    I have a 5w baby (+2 more) so my sleep is horrible and I'm attached to a baby for many hours a day.
    I am potty training a toddler using NIBs and I eat too many of them but they are always around because she is bribed by nothing else and has no desire to do it on her own.
    It is still cold and icy outside.

    Goal week 1:
    some form of exercise each day - 30 minutes

    Successes/struggles this week: on day two of my goal to walk for an hour and complete 5 sets of 20 of both squats and push ups. My goal is 3,100 squats and pushups by the end of March. Wish me luck!

    Successes/struggles this week: recovering from sickness me and three kids. And made chilli, was tracking wrong recipe so had way more calories than I thought. However didn't gain weight and still losing.
