We got this! It's never too late to get started again :)

Amazing! I'm just starting out again and have struggled with my weight most of my life. It is great to see success stories. Keeps me motivated. Thanks so much for sharing!!!

Yus. So much yes. This is exactly it for me. I'm not even allowed to buy them unless I'm having a party 😅 Or sharp Cheddar cheese

That's a great idea! I actually have TWO Christmas sweaters that I'm so sad I can't wear this year. I may put the larger of the two up for inspiration
-
That's definitely a step in the right direction!

We can do this! It is so disheartening starting over especially with more to lose than the first time, but I feel really motivated right now, and the community on here is really helpful  I think I've definitely developed skills to be successful, I just need to stay focused and motivated to do it which is the hardest…

Continue logging my food every day and go on two walks 😊🤸♀️

Sent you a friend invite 😊

Wow! Congratulations! That's amazing 😊. I think I'm just afraid I won't get results like I did when I was 5 years younger and I'm kicking myself for letting my weight get back up so high again. But I have to remind myself that I DEFINITELY won't get results if I don't try. Seeing so many successful people on this website…

This is my exact situation. I've successfully logged my food for a week now and am trying to keep it up! Hoping this time sticks. I would like to lose 100 lbs.

This is great! Thanks so much. Love the video.

Feel free to add me! I've just got started again in MFP and could use some more friends on here.
-
Anyone feel free to add me as well :). I just started tracking everything again on MFP and I'm determined to stick with it this time.

I was super out of shape when I started. If you listen to Shaun T. Go at your own pace, and keep proper form, you will make it through. The first week was rough for me but I've made so much improvement in only 3 weeks. I strongly recommend it. Don't get discouraged! Beginners can do the challenge too! It's designed for…

I'm available for support! I am in the middle of week 3 and I plan on doing month 1 twice before moving on to month 2.

Also just to list some of my favorite snacks. ~Cottage cheese and fruit ~almonds ~a few crackers and some low fat cheese ~light string cheese ~ fresh cherries, grapes, blackberries, etc (lot of sugar, but I've found that if I allow myself all the fruit and veggies I want that I still lose weight and it fills up my tummy.…

I felt this way earlier this month. I started eating smaller meals, a morning snack and an afternoon snack. I tried to save around 700 calories for dinner, just in case because it is a home cooked meal and I don't always have control over what it is. I found if I upped my lunch with some healthy protein and added like 100…

That makes sense. I had been working out in the afternoon and switched to the morning today. I thought that may have been why I didn't have quite as much energy today.

Totally agree! I wake up everyday feeling like I've built a little more muscle than I had before. Though today's workout was the first one I felt like I was dragging near the end. Not just tired, either. It's possible I need to up my calories a bit to keep up. I will be glad for the break tomorrow. But I'm pumped to start…

I think at 900/day you are going to have a lot of trouble keeping up with Insanity for any length of time. I was originally eating about 1400 a day (I'm trying to lose weight while doing Insanity) and even that was too little. Recently I've upped my calorie intake to 1750. That seems to work for me. I'm still losing…

Agreed. Form over speed. However, even when I concentrate on my form and don't go too quickly I often feel very ungraceful haha. It takes time to get the form just right. So if that's what you mean by "sloppy" then I agree. I work really hard on my form but a lot of these moves I'm just learning. If only we could be as…

Also, one more day and I get my first rest day! Woo hoo! I think I'm going to take a walk on my rest days.

Finished up my first session of Pure Cardio! It was rough and def pushed me! But I feel great now! However, I'm pretty sure I'm in for some sore muscles tomorrow, but maybe not :)

Thanks for the tips! I rolled my ankle about 8 years ago doing some acrobats exercises. Which led to me staying away from higher impact exercises for a long time. My ankle is finally recovered. It took a long time, I thought it was perm screwed up but I started running more regularly last year (not that my waist line shows…

I find the arm exercises to be too challenging for my current level. I have really weak upper body strength compared to the strength in the rest of my body. I just try to push myself on whatever type of pushup I can do, while they are doing their crazy pushups. I wouldn't worry too much about keeping up :). Everyone I've…

The soreness definitely goes away. At least so far :). I am about to start my first Pure Cardio workout. I'm hoping I can really get into it today since most of my muscle soreness is gone. I really enjoyed the cardio recovery. Don't get me wrong, it was tough but somewhat relaxing. Some of the stretching and muscle…

I was able to push through my 4th day (the cardio recovery). It was tough! My quads were aching but once I got them stretched out in the warmup, I felt much better! And the cardio recovery, though not easy, was kind of relaxing compared to the last two days.

I am about to start Cardio Recovery on the first week. Feel free to add me :)
