What goal should you accomplish in the next 7 days?

Nice to have very short-term goals because long-term goals are nothing more than a chain of short-term goals which are great feedback and motivation.
What are your 7 day goals?
Me, dip below 190 lbs. and complete 100 non-stop burpees, convincingly, in less than 25 minutes.
Who’s next?

My inner introvert is cringing for your inner introvert. /shudder2 -
As soon as I write down goals, I don't want to do them. So, I'll just keep on as I've been keeping on.3

Mine are Saturday and Sunday. Saturday is my work and I'm not really looking forward to it. Sunday is my wife's work and maybe 6 people out for dinner is all.1 -

Hit one of my 7 day goals this morning. It was to dip below 190 lbs. during my morning weigh in. Need some repeat weigh ins to make it “official.”
Now on to the burpees goal of 15 minutes, not 25 minutes in OP, an error.

Over the next 7 days, honestly I'm just trying not to quit!
I took a few months off due to alot going on. I needed a break. Surprisingly I only weigh 1 pound more than when I stopped weighing on September 14th. I'm ready now to start back and hopefully get rid of the remaining 33 pounds!8 -

To make 5 perfect days- which for me will be- to - stay within calories set by mfp- to drink my allotted amount of water- to get my 10,000 steps in (fitbit) to get at least additional movement activity-and to do one relaxing thing each day4

I lost 20 lbs last year and gained 18back this year. I’ve just started today logging faithfully again so my 7 day goal will be to log every single bite every single day. I know the system works IF I work the system!1

Keep on with 30 day shred.
Pre second baby I could do Jillian Michaels bodyshred but im being realistic about what I can do after a year off!
