Check your sodium intake. Relax. I can gain 10 pounds over a weekend, but its gone and then some by Friday. Let it roll a few weeks. I started heavy lifting recently, and my weight is just hanging out above my max loss. I have water retention as well, but it's not concerning me at this point.

I participate in small group training 3 days a week at a place called Dynamic Strength and Conditioning. Have been at it for 4 weeks (3 sessions per week), and I can feel the difference. Wachusetts Light IPA. 121 Cal, tons of taste. Other than that, I still drink on the weekends/camping, generally rum with diet ginger beer or Craft IPA (Heady Topper for example). I find that going through this lifestyle change journey that my tolerance for booze is getting lower and lower, and I'm OK with that.

Every morning. Record on Fridays. Generally, I tend to let loose a little on the weekends, so sometimes I forget to log in (more like I'm camping and there is no connectivity) so there is always a spike between Friday and Monday, but it has been getting smaller, and I tend to lose anywhere from .5 to 1.2 lbs a week still.
