    My skin didn't get lighter or smoother. Actually, I think I may be developing wrinkles (eek!) since I have much less fat to fill them out now. But I'll take the wrinkles. Everyone says I'm the only one who notices anyway.

    if using the direct link from photobucket, put you have to put img inside of [ ]before the http, and /img inside of [ ] after the address.

    I can tell my weight loss from my face, even if it's 2 pounds, my cheeckbones are more pronounced. If I eat right, I have clearer skin and smaller pores. I love that side effect!

    Neither of the before photo's are of my heaviest but are the only actual face shots I have. I was probably around 210-220 in both, the one in red was taken in 2007 after a car accident I had. I'm now 119.

    my double chin always leaves before any other fat when I lose weight- I use facial products to tone and firm my face when I lose weight so I don't have saginess and wrinkles- we cannot promote products on here but I am happy to tell you what I use if you want to email me

    Put thepictureurlhere all lower case. (I added a space between the g and] so the system would recognize it.

    Got a lot more freckles from running outside, look healthier, slimmer cheeks. I am happy!
    Lost over 43lbs since the first photo... Only lost 23 of the lbs with MFP though.
