I posted this the other day. About a 50lb difference. Before, during, now. I think I look healthier for sure. The middle, I was purely juicing so I am glowing a bit, the bottom, I am just tan from swimming a lot. The top, I am just a sick, fat blob.

I have no idea how heavy I am in the first picture. The highest I ever saw on the scale was 254 but then I stopped weighing for a while so I'm thinking probably at least 10 heavier than that :ohwell:, so we say

264 in the 2012 pic, then
246 in the March 2013 and
220 in June 2012 pic

And current:

I'd like to have my fatter face back. I have very prominent cheekbones and deepset eyes already.

I didn't take many good face shots when I was at my heaviest, but here is the one I do have, then compared to yesterday.

I avoid cameras, so I don't really have great before or after pictures. I've lost 18 pounds so far, which seems like a lot, but no one really notices, and when they do, they look confused, like something is different and they can't put their finger on it. Then I tell them I lost some weight, and they say, "Oh yea! I can see it in your face!"

I don't want you to see it in my face, darn it! I want you to see it in my gut and arms and thunder thighs!

I just recently posted some facial changes. I didn't see the difference until I looked at pictures - and now I see I changed a lot!

make the IMG lowercase inside the [ ] and can get rid of the rest to make it work or use the direct link from photobucket rather than the img link and add your own around it (no space between g and ]

One piece of advice, take pictures, especially if you have a ways to go in your journey. The reason is, you'll lose weight, lose inches and may not see the change in the mirror, but when you compare the photo's you'll be amazed.

I did not show anyone these before photos like, ever! But now I'm proud to say "WOOT! I did it!".

Neither of the before photo's are of my heaviest but are the only actual face shots I have. I was probably around 210-220 in both, the one in red was taken in 2007 after a car accident I had. I'm now 119.

Amazing transformation!!

Thank you kindly!

I figured it out I think I decided to do a different pic and couldn't figure out how to delete the first one but I think I got it

The first one was toward the beginning of my journey after I was down 30-ish lbs already, the second one was more recent.. 50ish lbs down (I'm down 60 now). 50 more lbs to go! Curious to see if it changes even more! :D

Also, this was like 2 years ago before I ever thought about changing my lifestyle and 60 lbs heavier than now. It's kinda blurry
