Being Vegan is amazing! It has helped me lose 15lbs so far. I'm assuming you don't need to lose weight but it will give you energy and make you feel better overall. :)

It's amazing. Women shouldn't be afrait to lift heavy. Every girl I see that lifts heavy look fit!! There are those women who look scary buff and that's because they eat like soooooooo much and take in like 4x their recomended daily protein intake.. And they are lifting champs type of women. Awesome job in burning 2500 cals a day for you! I burn about 500 most and that's putting in about a 45minute workout a day. The smaller you are the harder it is to burn calories though. Thats why me and the other girl can't burn as much unless we go for like a 4 hour run

I'm just saying that if you can lose weight a healthy way AND eat things you like, why would you try to lose weight with the food they offer that tastes like crap?

Also if you are trying to build muscle, you should go over your weight in Grams with protein intake.

I did it for a while. But I skipped to the 2nd phase because I had previously already was lifting. I like it, and am still kinda on it.

Your body was probably used to having more. So you're probably losing becasue you are under your "maintaining" calorie range. Also if you exercise you're burning calories. So if you burn 200 cals, you can eat 200 cals and still lose. :flowerforyou:

Height - 5'2 1/2 SW - 164.4 CW - 162.2 GW - 125-135 but this depends on how I feel. I am medium built, but with quite a bit of muscle. I've played soccer my whole life. People don't believe that I weigh what I weigh. Apparently I hold my weight well? Started getting serious about a week ago with a couple 'eating outs'!

You can also just have a scoop in water (although it can get pretty tough after a while, taste wise). I take protein drinks within 30 minutes after my workout. That's when it's the optimum time to get in your protein.
