My goals: -To be a healthy, lean 135 lbs, at a large-framed 5'8" -To eat the most macro and micro nutrients I can squeeze into my calorie limit -To move my body every day

That number is exciting to imagine but the truth for me is quite different. In 5 weeks I'm lucky if I'm down 6 or 7 lbs even being really strict with my food.

I think the calories for exercise on MFP are way too overestimated. If I ran (not walked) for 60 minutes I would really only burn about 350 cals. If I half ran/half jogged for 60 I would probably only burn about 250....and I am 200 lbs.

Hi, yes, I'm in the process of losing weight and my goal is to lose 85 lbs total!

I mix 2 handfulls of kale, 1 frozen banana and 1 cup frozen blueberries in a blender to make a nice cold smoothie a few times a week. All I taste is the banana and blueberries and I am getting all of the fiber because I am blending it, not juicing it.

I just track calories but I try to make those calories as nutritious as possible! (Not too much sugar, salt, etc)

Adele is my favorite singer! I think if she wasn't famous and just a regular person walking fown the street and someone asked..."do I think she is fat?" My answer would be "no, just a little curvy" but because she is soooo famous the extra weight more scrutinized.
