I started taking Sundown Naturals Adult Gummies. These are the ONLY ones I can keep down. Sundown also makes a "perfect iron" that I take everyday, never made me sick once. All of my vitamins are listed in my diary, I have always had the same issues but this mixture works very nicely, no sickness anymore at all.

This. Cereal is the least satisifying thing on earth to me. Easily digestable and sweet. Try something with less carbs...eggs, even bacon will help you curb your hunger for longer. Even lower carb protein shakes. We have about the same calorie allowance and macros feel free to add me, my dairy is open.

A friend of mine worked at a health food store for a while and they sold these. He told me that these were a total scam and that they react with the sweat and dirt on the surface of your feet. Your liver and kidneys-as stated above-are your detox support.

Ok, so if I do it the 2nd or 3rd time...should I only to up to 62.5 or should I try for the full 65? Or is that just a personal choice? lol
-
Oh yeah...and bacon, bacon, butter, butter. Just to see the fur fly :)

Diet AW Rootbeer and Diet Dr. Pepper are the bomb.

It is so weird, rows and dead lifts are actually my easiest exercises. OHP is my enemy, by far my hardest work out.
-
Update...I've lost 2 inches in a month. Combination of hips, waist and bust.
-
Do you get it on every exercise or just on the days you Deadlift? I had some back pain after I did my first two deadlifts and I re-watched Mehdi's video to check my form and make sure I was lifting from the right places. I had to do a few modifications...including walking across the gym in my socks to squat, row and…

Or "I'd rather be pissed off than pissed on" vs "I'd rather be pissed off then pissed on"

I'm doing C25K and SL 5x5 together right now and seeing great results. Workout 3 days a week for about an hour.
-
Peanut flour and seed bars...interesting.
-
I don't want to deload, but I can tell that I am getting close to having to. I can still get the bar up but the exercises are much more challenging now. Just hoping that I don't have to deload until after week 3.

I normally don't record strength training for calorie burning because that isn't what it is for (I do SL 5x5). Secondly, if you burn 50 calories in 30 minutes of strength training, you really would record 0 in your diary. You probably burn 100 calories an hour sitting down, so 50 in 30 minutes. So these aren't "extra"…

My goal this month is to lose 10lbs lifting and running. I also want to continue to add 5-10lbs a workout through the next week and then start to modify (deload).
-
lol, ok that made me laugh, but just because it was ridiculous. Seriously though from me to another husband...I know how that feels. My fiance loses 5lbs a week and I lose 1 or none at all, however, when I hear him say "a pound is a pound no matter how you look at it" it makes me feel a little better. No matter how…

I have been doing SL for 2 weeks along with C25K and I lost 14lbs this month. SW: 278, CW: 264. My calorie deficit is set at -2lbs a week. My diary is open.

I bet he gives a tip from now on, lol.

StrongLifts 5x5. There is a group on here for women and it rocks.

My doctor and my best friend (a PA) have both told me that frame size is generally small, medium or large for all intents and purposes in determining a healthy BMI. Normally it can be gauged by wrapping your hand around your wrist. If your fingers overlap, you have a small frame. If they touch, you have an average frame…

^I have always heard this.

I'm not sure if it was or not, but my pants fit a lot better when I went from 278 to 267 (it took like 2 or 3 weeks eating at a deficit and doing C25K). Then as soon as I started lifting I had a week when I lost 0, then a week when I lost 1 and my pants are feeling tighter again so I don't know what to think.

Hi Friend! By looking at your diary, I would recommend eating a wider variety of foods. Find things you like that fit your budget and are realistic for you to prepare and plan for. We have chicken breasts frozen or in the fridge all the time, baby carrots (no prep easy to take places), string cheese, baby bell cheese,…

You need to be really careful with the entries for sushi on here. Sometimes I'm pretty sure people just randomly guess a number for the calorie content of foods. For the most part sushi is very low in calories and packed with protein. Usually anything "crunchy" in sushi means fried (the shrimp is deep fried). For instance,…

Ahh. My doctor has always told me that it doesn't have to hurt to be a good workout.

What is DOMS?
-
So you increase weight at a decreasing rate. Lol, that rhymes.
-
So what do you do when you've reached your max? Keep lifting your max to maintain the muscle?
-
Thanks!

I have tried the ring and the pill. The ring you should be causious with if you have any allergies. I was incredibly allergic to the material it was made out of and it was not fun. The pill I recently had to stop taking because it made my 120/80 blood pressure go up to 143/104. I stopped taking it for 4 days and my blood…
