Question about deloading...finally!
So on my OHP today I started with 60 and did, 5, 5, 5, 2, 1 and couldn't get the bar up anymore. Do I attempt to lift 60 again next week and try to finish all reps or do I deload and then try to finishing all reps and work my way back up?

Week 3, No Deloading.
Started week 3 today with all original weight progressions and finished all reps. Eeeek! Week 3 Day 1 5x5 Squat 75 Bench Press 60 Rows 80 Hope I can keep this up at least until the end of the week! :D
