started off at 203 and lost 2lbs this week bring me to 201 13 more pounds to go before valentines day.. A little upset with myself for overeating last night a little but I guess I have to say its a new day so start again....

I am still 205 I had to go out of town this weekend and it is so hard for me to not eat what everyone else is eating I am glad i did not gain now I need to get a moving and lose some weight. Maybe next week. Happy St. Pattys day!

that does not seem right. 150 cals for a half hour and I am sore!! I can get on my treadmill and burn like 300 in a half hour and am not sore the way i am on this.
