Hi! I am loving the barre class. Been doing it since Aug 20th and I'm on my 14th class. I've heard/read great things about how it can transfom your body if you keep up with it and stick to a balanced diet (I'm doing 1200-1500 cals a day). Friend me if you want to work together to motivate each other on the barre.

One other - FAGE yogurt with honey is delish and appx 210 calories. Doesn't fill me up as much as the steel cut oatmeals but it's definitely a treat.

Yes, I'm on 1200 cals a day and can't exercise yet due to a rib injury and so far, so good. I drink TONS of green tea throughout the day (8 cups or so, caffeine free) and not only is it good for me but it also helps with the hunger pangs. Good luck!
