  • Uping my calories some has helped a little. I just can't image eating way over 2000 calories, but I do know that when I hit my plateau the only thing that started breaking it was eating over my 1200 calories. Prior to my plateau my body did fine with the calories at 1200. Now that I'm down to my last 18lbs to go, my body…
  • Starting weight (January 5th) 195 lbs Current weight 161 (Sunday April 1st) (total of 34 lbs gone since journey began) Memorial goal weight 146 (that's 15 lbs, my goal has been to loose a total of 50 by June 3rd, so I'm trying to see if I can do it early)
  • My weigh in has been Friday's, would like to keep it the same since that's what I'm used to, but Mondays I guess wouldn't be a bad thought either...
  • I'm finishing up the most recent challenge I've been doing at work this Friday... My starting weight was 195, I will update info on Friday. June 3rd is my anniversary & I'd love to have more of a push to keep me going after my biggest loser comp is over this week.
  • I do hidden valley ranch packet in fat free tillamook sour cream. 2 tablespoons, 20 calories & I LOVE IT! Not a huge fan of anything fat free, but with this brand YUM!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They also have a container of the ranch seasoning to add in instead of the packets. My whole family loves it!
  • I weigh in once a week, Friday mornings. Same scale, naked, in the morning after going to the bathroom. I don't do any type of cheating :) I do reward myself with mini goals made...with things such as special candles or little things I've wanted but was to cheap to buy :) I started January 5th and have lost 23 pounds. I…
  • LOVE LOVE LOVE IT! Even when I'm tired, I look at my fitbit...see if I've done my personal goal of steps for the day, floors for the day and milage for the day. If I haven't I push myself. It says (reads) (not outloud) little messages here & there too to motivate you. The customer service with it is amazing. For some…
  • Do what works for YOU! IF you are hungry, eat...eat healthy. If you aren't hungry at all, don't eat! You are going to get a lot of people that go different ways on this question. Maybe ask your doctor that knows YOU better than us? But honestly, I think you will need to try things & see what works for you and your success…
  • I think you are going to have to try things out that work for YOU, many people say eat those calories from working out...and many people say you don't have too. I would keep logging your food...everyday, no matter what it is and your workouts. I also think drinking a lot of water is important. Don't give up! I was doing…
  • Bumping this. Just ordered mine last night & it comes Tuesday. I'm really hoping it will help me with tracking calories while I do cardio DVD's at home. Please continue to share tips and info.
  • WOW awesome burn! Thanks for sharing the info!
  • I weigh in on Thursdays. Last Thursday I had lost 3.8 lbs.
  • Don't panic...eat ONLY when you feel hungry! Try to eat every couple hours, snacks and small meals. Make sure you get fruits and veggies in. I'm NOT eating the calories that I work out... EVERYONE does different with this, just go with what works for YOU. If you are honest with yourself and keep track of everything, and…
  • We have around the same goal...add me :)
  • I have found a lot of "salt free" spices that add great flavor to my food. There's a good garlic & herb one that makes many things taste so much better. There's sodium in so many things, I am trying to just not add any salt to anything and if low or no sodium is an option I shoot for that :)

  • I weighed in last Thursday... weighed in today and lost 3.8 lbs
  • This is exactly what I am having issues with as well! I'm eating fruits & some veggies for my snacks. I'm not letting myself have pop or fast food anymore. Almost every night I get that message: you're not eating enough" I hate it!
