Am I supposed to be eating back the calories that I burn? I have been told that I do but also told that I dont need to.

Do what works for YOU! IF you are hungry, eat...eat healthy. If you aren't hungry at all, don't eat! You are going to get a lot of people that go different ways on this question. Maybe ask your doctor that knows YOU better than us? But honestly, I think you will need to try things & see what works for you and your success Good luck0

Yes, because what MFP calculates is how much you want to lose a week. When you exercise you burn extra calories, which allows you to eat more during the day. If you can't eat it all back, fine, but staying consistant with your caloric intake will speed up fat loss.0
