I can be very good at being passive aggressive. I would say to my child in a loud voice, "See Junior, that type of behavior is not acceptable." Usually pretty effective :)

yupp. I just deleted someone I had been friends with for a few months. She almost never logs in. She always post horrible eating habits in her diary and she uses TERRIBLE language in her comments. This is not facebook. I was offended and disappointed so I deleted her. No guilt.

My husband and I went to Daytona Beach, but our new favorite place is Panama City Beach. Beautiful beaches, lots of fun things to do. Lots of wonderful restaurants for all budgets and all the fish and seafood you could possilby want to eat (and it's good for you). Congrats and happy honeymooning !!!!!!!

I freeze grapes in a zip lock baggie. Then I just pull them out and pop them in! Tastes like candy :):happy:

Jose Cuervo 95 calorie mix. It includes the tequilla and its a 4 oz serving. I get it a Meijer all the time. It's delish over crushed ice. I usually have it at night watching tv almost every single night.

Try frozen grapes. They are yummy and sweet and cold and gives you something to bite in to. Naturally sweet and low cal. I pop these at night when I'm watching TV.

I have been on MFP since Dec 30, 2011. I have lost 26 pounds and it's been pretty easy. I work with a girl who started WW at the same time and she's only lost 5. Just sayin. Every week day morning I toast a light english muffin, spread on a weight watchers cream cheese single and sugar free grape jelly. only 170 calories and always yummy.

Lean Cuisine has several types of pizza.... they are pretty tasty. I take them to work for lunch. Somewhere around 300 calories give or take.
