i don't plan on eating mine .. i don't think i could get the pill in my mouth lol BUT I plan to donate it to the police cadaver dogs here :) They train them with the placentas at different stages of decomposition.. makes me feel better than leaving it at the hospital for them to sell ;)

I am 30 weeks yesterday and today started with constipation! This is SO unusual for me! I have been so hungry and eating more carbs than I'm use to , so I guess i have to go back to low carb .. just keep more raw veggies around :( 10 more weeks WOOT!!

Zumba is fantastic with the right instructor! I can burn anywhere from 400 to 700 calories in an hour. The type of food is just as important as the amount , if not more so. if its 1200 cal of chips cake and bread than it might be a problem, but I also agree with the majority you are not eating enough cals even if you dont eat all back you should eat some and still stay in deficit. Are you pregnant? or nursing now? DO you do weights as well as cardio , because that is essential. Also what kind of food are you eating? It does matter , not just calorie in calorie out. It can be frustrating some people lose very quickly.

Nope I dont eat 200-300 a day , I eat under 200 , but I was saying through this pg when I went to a party it got to (almost) 300. well , this is baby 7 for me , ive never failed the test and I eat a diet that the nutritionist would have me on if I were to fail the gtt.
