Oh my gosh, I definitely should have stretched more afterwards. (I did day one on the 30th and found this group afterwards!) The only dumbbells I have are 10 lbs, so I was WAY sore afterwards! Like, can't breathe too deeply sore cause all the muscles in my upper body were aching. Haha, but now it's on to day 2!

I have naturally thick, curly hair and just did a keratin treatment and have loved it. I was able to blow dry my hair straight for the first time in my life (normally I have to spend a good half an hour straightening it!)...not completely perfect, but sooo much easier than before!

I love Dance Central 2! But I agree, I don't really believe the calorie count that they tell me...it is still a blast that they track your time and everything though! Now that I'm getting up to playing the songs on hard, I fully believe it's a good workout! Haha, very fun, too. :)
