    I started in January and lost 20lbs by the end of February and then have been stuck for two months. I wasn't really following any plan, just trying to eat healthier and watch my portions. My sister has been having good success with mfp so I figured I would try it out. I need something to help keep me moving in the right direction.

    I'm 5 ft 3". Currently 194lbs and just started on mfp a few weeks ago. Aiming to be 140lb, which would be marvellous! Haven't been that since my 20's though so its a tall order

    5'3 at 226 my goal right now is 160 to 170. I'm sure this will change. Just don't wanna overwhelm myself more than I already have! Feel free to add me! I will encourage you guys and can use all the encouragement I can get! :)

    Having a rough time, I lose a couple of pounds, start to feel pretty good, and then life happens, so I put it right back on :( Haven't been 135 in years, also had a lot of muscle at that time, so I may adjust and aim for 120ish as I get closer :)

    need help with Eating habbits I thought I was doing pretty good. with fruits and veggies...

    I'm 5' 3" on a tall day. I started at 230 and my goal is 130. Down to 183.2 today! Sorry for no pic just have not taken the time to do it.

    I'm 5'3, started at 185lbs, currently 148lbs and feeling fantastic! (have a large bone structure) Been told to stop losing by my mother and good friend.

    If I don't lose the last 8lbs, that's fine. I'm perfectly happy as is.

    way to go girl!!

    I'm 5'2".....SW 162, current 155....GW set for 130 but I think I'd be happy with 140, I like my curves!!

    But these wieight are according to my F'ed up scale and which the gym scales runs 6 lbs heavier so my UGW is 131 on the gym scale and 125 on my POS scale at home LOL
