Yes, I am a nurse and work 12 hours shifts and do A LOT of walking during those 12 hours. But I still try to work out a few times a week, I find the shift work bad for weightloss, so anything extra I can to, I will try.

After the initial bandage you really shouldn't cover it up again...saran wrap is the worst for tattoos, it just traps everything and can cause the new tattoo to become infected. I would wait a couple days and allow it to start to heal first. P.s. coming from someone with 13 tattoos....and a nurse

i've heard milk/chocolate milk is good post-workout as it's high in protein i usually will have a protein shake or make a smoothie after (milk, plain greek yogurt, frozen fruit and sometimes i'll add a bit of honey)

I'm jealaous :) I've seen Nickelback twice and they never fail to put on an amazing show. They are playing here again in April but don't know if I will be able to go as its the day after I get back from vacation.

I'm an RN and just switched to labour and delivery/post-partum days and nights. Also just switched from doing 2 weeks days and 2 weeks nights to the 2 days 2 nights schedule....Alot to get use to.

i first noticed it on my legs/thighs....but I was doing alot of leg exercises in the beginning so not surprised...second was my abdomen
