I'm 5'4" (always used to be 5'" but measured myself the other week and I seem to have shrunk) and I'm currently at 174lbs and wearing a UK 16. They're a bit baggy around my thighs and my waist but my hips are always a major hold-up for dropping size for me.

I do have a pair of 14s I can squeeze myself into but they're pretty tight around the thighs and waist so I wouldn't wear them yet!
I've got no memory of ever being less then a 12 so if I get to a 10 I'll be happy. I'm actually worried I'll start to look too thin if I end up an 8! I started off at 204lbs and a tight 18.

Top wise, I'm a 16 now most of the time - sometimes a 14 if I'm buying tops from Matalan (they seem to have crazy random sizes). I dropped from an 18 but don't know how much lower I'll get because of my boobs not getting any smaller (yay).

My twin sister is about .5" taller, around the same weight but annoyingly has smaller hips (but a larger waist!) and can get into a 14 in her jeans and work trousers. Just goes to show body shape is everything.

I am 5 foot 4 inches. As of this morning I am 139 and I wear a size 8 or 10 depends on the brand. I have bigger hips and thighs so the 10's are to big in the waist and still a right in the hips and thighs. The 8 fit perfect in the waist and a little more snug in the thigh and hip area. Hope this helps some

this applies for me as well

I'm 5'4, 202, and a size 18. I have a pair of 15/16 jogging pants, but they are still too small.

Was wondering how my 5foot 4inch ladies weigh -in with relation to pant size. I am currently at 160lbs and wear an American size 10. At 190 I wore a 14/16. Just tryin to eyeball where I may be at a healthy weight.

^^^ this except I'm 5'5" and still need to wear a size 12 in certain brands

5'4, 134 lbs... top size- med. Pant size 11jr, or 8/10 ladies~ I'm an apple shape so it's frustrating to find pants that fit well. I'm thicker around the middle:sad:

5'4" and 130-something (haven't weighed myself in ages) and a uk 10 so about a 6 in US sizes? Varies slightly depending on the shop and the style.
