    Hi ladies I started my weightloss a week ago with Visalus shakes and lost 4lbs. I earned a trip to Punta Cana with my Scentsy business and need to lose weight and feel better about myself. I have chronic pain thruout my body 24/7 for over 3 years now due to a couple back surgerys. MS is being suspected but they cant confirm. I have had hypothryroid for over 17 yrs so losing weight is very difficult. I did the Biggest Loser Online about 4 yrs ago and lost over30lbs. But with my surgerys, medications, and getting older I am 41, its been alittle more difficult. Plus I didn't have the motivation before. Now that I earned a trip for me and my hubby I am completely committed. My friend uses myfitmesspal and loves it. Very helpful. As I am logging my food intake in, I am realizing like Biggest Loser it does make a difference and holds you accountable for what you put into your body. I hope to get to know many of you who are going thru similar things. I would love to get back down to 140lbs. Maybe even less. Not sure how far I really need to go. I was very thin in my young 20's (125-130lbs size 5-7) And I feel good at a size 9-10. I am currently a size 16-18. Weighing 223. Ugh! So disgusted!!! Good luck on all of your journeys!     Hi, I'm 61, just got diagnosed with Type2 Diabetes and it is a wake up call. I just joined yesterday.

    Counting calories and restarting walking (3 miles today!) and weight lifting at the gym. My goal is to walk every day and get to the gym at least 3 times a week. I will try to post my progess.

    I'm 5'4 and started at 158, currently at 150. My goal is just to be in the 130s because I can't ever remember weighing below like 148. I'm always been between 150-160 and I'm done making excuses, other people can lose weight, so why can't I?!

    I have been pretty relaxed with my diet lately, but have been trying to amp up my workouts to compensate for that. I plan on getting back on track with my eating habits this week since circumstances have returned to semi- normal. :bigsmile:

    I am about 5' 3.5" ish (I like how us shorter peeps count the fractions into our height lol)

    I think in high school I was about 120 125. I will be 30 in barely over 3 months >_> Then my husbands 10 yr is in August...
    I'm shooting for 160 for my bday and 155 for the reunion. I'm trying for 145 by thanksgiving >_>
