You can do this.. I am back at it... I was told I didn't qualify for the surgery :) however, that is a good thing but l was looking for an easy fix. I have the same problem... I started a 100 day challenge with myself. This morning when I was sitting doing nothing, my husband "Hows your challenge going" ... I didn't have an excuse.. I got up and did 30 mins on the treadmill... I felt great after... Good luck...

I started walking the 3rd week of Jan. Had a goal of 30 mins a day 6 days a week. Now I walk 42 mins and try for every single day. I love it. Most times I do 60 mins. And mine is all on the treadmill.. I am sleeping better, I feel better, my hips don't hurt. I've lost 9 lbs... Good luck!

Watching Dr. Oz the other day, well a few weeks ago, and he stated that 30 mins a day of Cardio is good enough. Me however, I am good with 60 mins a day. Any less and I don't feel like I gave enough effort.
