Oxygen is toxic. Too much of it will kill you. You should totally give it up before it's too late. I go low carb because i have noticed that when i do eat things like bread and pasta my weight increases drastically when compared to a limited carb intake day. Argeed... I dont remember reading in the original post that EVERYBODY on MFP had to read her post and try and apply what was written to themselves. You CAN do it, you dont have to... If you dont like what the OP has to say, move on, dont stress about it... you'll live longer. Stress is super bad for you.
