LW: 185.1 CW: 183.5 I *almost* got rid of the two pounds I gained on vacation. I'm back on plan and back in the gym so I'm hoping for a good loss this week.

SW: 194 LW: 183.1 CW: 185.1 GW: 140 Went away for Presidents Day and ate way too much. I know I didn't eat 7,000 extra calories so some of this should disappear. My goal is to get rid of these two pounds before the next weigh in.

SW: 194 LW: 186.9 CW: 184.8 GW: 140 I am not confident that this loss will "hold". I went on a Girl Scout trip and did not track or moderate my intake. I did work out hard the last two days, but I was not expecting this kind of loss. I'll take it though!

Good for you! You have more willpower than me! My husband brought home corned beef and swiss on rye. I ate it. I was starving....but i wasn't hungry the rest of the day and I tracked the calories so I am okay with a little slip.

SW: 194 CW: 189.3 GW: 140 Feeling good! I don't expect to keep losing at that rate and that might get hard. But I did cut way back on sugar, white flour/potatoes/rice and fat. I went to the gym three days in a row, too. I have to admit I am hungry....
