Add me. I am a full time working mommy of 2 girls, 1 1/2 and 3. I am struggling with that last 13 lbs that won't seem to budge. I'm trying to focus on health, eating well and excercise, but also cutting myself some slack about the scale.

I finished Couch to 5K a few weeks ago. It was a great way for me, a nonrunner before, to get started runinng. I've found I really enjoy it and I'm looking forward to signing up for my first 5K. Stick with it.

I have 2 girls, 3 and 1 1/2. The weight fell off after my first with breastfeeding. However, I still have 12 pounds from my second that will not budge. So I understand completely. I'm excercising and eating well,but my body just isn't letting go of the weight. : (

Had a good day yesterday. Ate well and minimized snacking. tabatha check out http://5dinners1hour.blogspot.com/. I have a subscription and I love it. It is a weekly menu with recipes and shopping lists. All the recipes are super easy and can be modified to fit your tastes/needs.

I'm having knee pain so will be resting it for the next few days. Since I'm not excercising as much, I definitely need to focus heavily on nutrition and calorie goal. My goal is to track and stay under my calorie goal. I also want to focus on good nutrition, 8 fruit/veggie servings per day, and no snacking (especially…

I will track my food through the weekend and get in some excercise. I will often do well during the week, then not track food on the weekend and eat very poorly. I would do much better to get weekends under control.

Have a great week, all! I started a new program today. I was getting a little bored of my normal excercise routine and felt like I needed to add something new for motivation. So, I started the couch to 5K today. So far so good.

I had a good day yesterday. Stayed under calorie goal and went to the gym during lunch. I already noticed my energy level was better yesterday evening. I need that to keep up with my girls 2 1/2 & 1. :-) Have a great day!

I'm in. I've really struggled lately, especially the last few weeks. I've had lots of added stress, and I let that de-rail me. I'm such a night time snacker, especially on stressful days. I must re-commit today! Thanks for this group. Being a mom is the best job on earth, but boy it makes for a busy life!

I decided this morning that I have to focus and get all the way back on the wagon. My motivation lately has been up and down. Consequently not making much progess on the scale. I didn't do so well over Easter weekend. I'm back at it, tracking and hit the gym today. I did 30 minutes on the elliptical and upper body weights.

I try to make extra dinner for lunch leftovers. In a pinch I keep tuna and salmon pakets and crackers in my desk. They make for a quick lunch with fruit. I too used to do the frozen meals, but that got really old. And you're right they typically have a LOT of sodium.

I'm a 32yr old mom of 2 girls (1 and 2). I work full time. My goal is to lose 16 more lbs. I enjoy excercise, but with two little girls its more of a challenge to fit in. I usually work out during my lunch hour. That works well so far. I have really re-committed this week. Good luck to all!

I too am re-committing today. I've been trying to lose the remaining weight from my last baby. I seem to do well during the week and then struggle or fall off the wagon on the weekend .
