  • All I can say is hang in there. I have not lost one single ound in the last two weeks ... may be three once I weigh on Monday. Keep up the work. Hang in there. You will see a difference. I am thinking that once we do havve another weightloss week ... it is going to be a good one! So, keep it up!

  • I say go with the new doctor. I understand what you are saying. I eat only 1,200 calories a day and if I am lucky I drop one pound a week! That is with my working out! So, I too am scared to increase the calorie intake. Good luck. Try what the new doctor says and let me know how it goes!

  • I do an hour of Zumba three nights a week, then go to bed like two hours later. I think they tell you that because some people get so charged from working out that they can not fall asleep. I have never had a problem with it. I say try it and sdee if it makes it hard for you to fall asleep. Good luck!

  • I know that I personally go over my protein and fiber every day. I am so tired all the time that my Doc actually swore that I was having thirod problems. He did all the lab work, nothing. Everything came back great. I guess I am just lazy. Still waiting for the post with the energy pills!!! Come on, yall can do it! lol

  • I know that green beans in weight watchers is considered a free food. They say that it takes more calories to burn them than you get from eating them. No idea if that would go with the way things are figured on here. I count everything and do not have a free food on here.
  • I thought that you have to eat 1200 but if you work off some of those you are fine. Is that not right? I eat 1200 a day and workout, this makes it go down to 1000 or 700 depending on the day.
  • Keep your calories where they are recommended and burn whatever you can without feeling like you are going to die. lol If you go over your alloted calories, burn off all the extra plus whatever you normally do. Just remember, alittle is better than none!
