Travel to all the expensive places I've always wanted to go, go back to University and then train to be a personal trainer. Oh, and have a lot of PT myself!

Thanks!

Genuine question- why the potassium? Does it help stop your muscles retaining water and glycogen?

Ronda Rousey, like Gina Carano and Camille as well.

I try to eat below 100g carbs a day and at least 100g protein a day. My trainer recommends the Primal lifestyle and I have read Mark Sissions book with interest, but I don't know enough about nutrition to know whether what he's saying is true or good advice or not. I try to avoid pasta, rice, bread (that one is hard),…

Makes no difference to me, as long as they know what they're talking about and can demonstarte proper form etc to me. I've used a few different trainers at my gym, one was very overweight and lost seven stone. He's still chubby now but I didn't care. The only problem was he didn't have a clue what he was on about- he told…

I'm 30, never been married, been single for 7 years, no kids. I don't want kids and have no interest in being in a relationship either!

Hello Sheila, my dad died 5 weeks ago which meant I have now had to move in with my mum and look after her full time as she is severly disabled. I have been eating crap and have only exercised once in that time! Cooking is difficult as my mum doesn't want to eat and trying to force her to eat the healthy food that I try to…

You could try a hack squat instead of having to use a squat rack. Personally, I think stronglifts is a really good programme.

Going to listen later, thanks

Matt, I think you may have posted this elsewhere before but would you mind sharing how many calories Yo is eating each day and her macro split? Ii have seen some of your training videos so was wondering about her diet too. Thanks!

A good night's sleep is about 4-5 hours. I'm getting abour 2-3 hours at the minute. I'm exhausted.

Don't buy a dress in a smaller size- it's easier to take it in than let it out. Good luck!

I'm in the UK- feel free to add me any other UK people. However, I've not been about much lately and won't be really until the end of May so I understand if you don't want to.

Losing weight is not necessarily the same as losing fat. Are you doing strength/resistance training?
-
Anything other than squats in the squat rack- most of the guys at my gym seem to think it's somewhere to have a rest, chat to their mates or do any exercise other than squats. And not putting your weights back.
-
Do you know your body fat percentage or can you get an approximate number at least? Personally, I would worry more about what that is than what you weigh, but I'm no expert. You can be a "normal" weight and still have an unhealthily high amount of body fat. Heavy lifting can help prevent this. Good luck

Protein powder, chicken, mozzarella and fish mainly. Tuna and steak is good too. I have nuts and natural yoghurt but they're quite small amounts of protein really. I don't eat eggs but they're meant to be good for protein.

My gym was a Fitness Frist until it changed hands a few months ago- I was happy with it but wouldn't have paid £60 for it. No idea how much the London ones differ though.

I scored 64. I'm pretty sure I don't have BDD though, I'm just very fat and I know that I'm very fat.

I do Insanity classes at my gym, I'm around 200 I think but hasvn't weight for a while. It's hard- I'm really unfit which I think is more of an issue than my size, but I do find I can't do certain moves becasue of my size. I've found this in other classes as well though, not just Insanity

I had ADHD as a kid and it was controlled by diet- luckily I've pretty much grown out of it, it was a milder form. However, it wasn't a gluten free diet, just a diet free of E-Numbers, artificial colourings and preservatives. So I pretty much just ate what is regarded as clean nowadays. Fruit, salad, veg, meat. I did have…

I just wanted to say lintlin that I love your hair in your profile picture, sorry for going off topic!

I'm kind of an apple but a straight apple if that makes sense? When I was slim I had a small hourglass figure and that turned into a rectangular figure when I put on weight. Now though, my stomach just seems to be getting bigger and bigger- I'm an 18 around my waist and in my torso but a 16 in my legs. The problem is I'm…

I'm 5 foot nothing and my first goal is to get to 136. A lot higher than most short people but I don't want to be too small. I'm not really thinking about what I weigh though, more focused on getting my body fat % down and improving my strength and fitness. I know how I'd like to look so if I can get to that it would be…

I sprained my ankle at the start of December- then slipped on some ice two weeks later and made it a lot worse! It took about 8 weeks for it to be not too painful to exercise on so I started doing circuits and weights wearing an ankle support but it took about another 3-6 weeks for it to be completely pain free. My Doctor…

I'm not a cook either! What I do is leave my steak out for a bit for it to warm up, whack it with a meat tenderiser then put it in a hot frying pan. No oil or anything although you could use butter? I just cook it until it looks about right- I like it a bit pink on the inside.

Going to work out my numbers later, thanks
