  • im trying not to eat past 7 pm .. only to get myself out of binging in the evenings .. but generally I wouldn't have a I don't eat past a certain time.. although I know a few people who swear by this.. one has nothing apart from water after 6 pm nd the other not past 8 pm xx

  • omg u poor thing hope u r feeling a bit better... im nicola.. ive had no experience with what u r dealing with but i was 220 lbs beginging of 2013... my only suggestion would be to blend protein , will keep u fuller for longer not that that will be great to drink but might help the dizzy spells.. lots of veggies nd fruits…

  • Hiya hun .. my friend drunk.lots of tea.. normal tea.. it helps apparently.. like drinkin water it will make u feel full nd surpress appetite .. I lost 9 lbs in 2 weeks at start of Dec.. (I put it back on through binge eating) I'm on day 2 of no coco cola (soda) nd I'm just fighting the headache xxx

  • I've heard loads bout herbalife.. nd that say u lost 2stobe for example.. then normal eating starts it goes bk on.. perhaps the feeling sick was ur body not havin enough calories.. ?? Xx
