Thank you everyone for your help! I haven't been measuring myself since I started. I'll need to start that. My tdee is about 2100, so I need to need 25% of that, so 1575 net calories/day. So it looks like I will need to eat some excercise calories back

If you multiply your weight by 12, do you eat an excercise calories at all or forget about how much you burn? 150x11=1800 If I burn anything more than 320, I'll net below my bmr. So should I eat my net to reach my bmr or 1800? This is where I get lost. I know my daily intake is 1800

So to lose weight by using F2F method, eat the recommended tdee for your activity level. Eat that number and focus only on that number, regardless of how many calories you burn? I uses I should just cut out sugar from processed foods and not worry too much if they come from fruit and veggies. Means I'll have to give up my NERDS :(

I've done both kinect 360 Zumba and going to an actual class. I much prefer going to class over watching a screen. But it nice to have it on lazy days when you don't feel like making it to the gym or don't have the time. My Zumba class turns off the lights an has a colorful rotating ceiling light on :)

What do you mean by "as long as it is higher than your BMR on that workout day you are good to go". What is IT? Calories burned from excercise?

Untying to figure this out as well. F2f is suggesting I eat 2124 calories a day and mfp is says eat 1200. That's a great difference and I'm unsure who to turn to

One other question. Since u say that f2f has already included my deficit into my goal weight calories (2132). When I burn 500 from excercise, should I eat those calories back to get up to 2132 again? Or just eat my goal weight calories and what ever I burn from excercise, leave it at that? I average burning 500 at the gym…

So why are the numbers mfp spits out so much of a difference than fat2fit? Mfp says I need to eat 1380 to lose weight at my current level of activity. Where as fat2fit says I need to eat 2131

Thank you sooo much!!!!! I should be eating 2128cal/day to reach my goal weight of 125!!! Should I then subtract 500 from that as my defict and eat that much?

I was wondering about that because under my goals, my daily calorie is set at 2020 but then it calculated it at 1520 (so yeah, 500 deficit was already calculated). So your saying eat back all my calories burned thru excercise?

Thanks. I think I have it figured out. I just need to have my remaining calories be at 500 to lose 1lb/wk. so I can still eat 208cal!
