No, although I've seen worse.
This one HEAVILY preaches food elimination.
I am a fan of a small chunk of sites that promote great information. Rather than listing them all, I'm going to recommend the below one because I think it's written a bit more casually and it should give you TONS of valuable information without having to worry about BS/myths:

I've actually been on that site several times at one point or another. I use it strictly has a reference - especially with water consumption (it's pretty accurate in that sense). I think the calorie calc. helps alot with gauging how many calories you should try to eat per meal and you can go back and re-adjust as you lose.0

I was just looking at the calorie calculator and water estimate guide. Not so much the recipes. Most the food I've never heard of0
