Eating @ bmr, do I need to eat excercise calls?

My bmr is 1481, my tdee is 2200.
If I eat at my bmr, should I eat my excercise calories back to even out at 1481 again? Or should I eat my tdee and not eat my excercise calories back? What do you do?
I workout 3-4 days at the gym. Burn between 400-600
And on my days I don't work out, what should I aim for?

my bmr is 1474 and my tdee is 2543. my starting weight was 162.8 lbs and i am now at 152 lbs.
i am 5'6" and 31 yrs old. i work out with p90x 6 days a week and treadmill on sunday.
after calories consumed and my calories burned for the day, i have been netting between 1400-1500
calories a day and i am losing weight steadily. it's really all about finding that sweet spot that works
for you, i stick around my bmr and is working great. hope this was helpful and good luck!

So should I be netting my bmr then?

Eat close to your TDEE (-10-15% or so) and don't eat the exercise calories back. Usually easier than trying to eat exercise cals back.

Thanks, I don't want to make things any more complicated?
On my days off though went in not burning calories from excercising, should I still eat at 15% below my tdee?
