I do chair yoga and water yoga at my gym and I'm 327. I hate looking in the mirror but it eases the back pain from my fibromyalgia and then I go home and take a fabulous nap before I get my girls from school!

I'm at 1740 before exercise for two pounds a week. I usually net between 1500 and 1700.

Muscle and fat weight the same (pound is a pound, but muscle takes up less space then fat, so if you are replacing fat with muscle, you will weigh more. Look for Non-scale Victories(NSV) this week (how clothes fit, how you feel, how is your quality of sleep).
