I have had that. I went through many different "solutions" but what worked for me was the Cortisone shots. A shot in each heal. The shot wasn't too sore and it really fixed it. You would not believe the difference they had. Ask you doctor for the shots, they will make all the difference. Good luck.

When you say you lap swim. Are you constantly at it for a whole hour? My kids swimming coach says swimming doesn't eat up that many calories. 2 weeks ago I was the same, nothing lost. Then last week I lost 1 lb and then this week I lost 4lbs. I am not doing anything different. It all adds up over the month.

I weigh everyday but only log it on a Saturday. Yes, I think it makes me paranoid about weight loss but I don't care.

Is this your first week? I lost around 8lbs on my first week but now I find it hard to lose anymore than 1lb (if I am lucky).

Me too, always over on Protein but not the rest. I've only been doing this for 3 and a bit weeks and have lost 11lbs so far but not sure how it will go in the long run.

Book a holiday in the sun. I have booked my holiday to the Canaries in July. I WILL NOT look the same as I did last October. I look at the photos of my then in my shorts and nearly die with embarrassment. They are so bad. I don't need to be a size 10 but must be less than last year. That's my motivation.

I weigh every day but only log my weight on a Saturday morning. My weight fluctuates throughout the week, so I am only using my Saturday weigh in as my official one.

I have had a few M&S good for you microwave meals for lunch. Today I had a mushroom risotto and I think it was 340 calories and it was really yummy.
