Tuesday was a good day, I did make the exercise, with 60 minutes on treadmill. Didn't make the water goal though, but was under calorie intake. Hi, I found that my Aha moment was when I realised that I was coming up to the age my mother died and I didn't want to have my little girl go through what I went through. I must say though, once I made that decision, I have really stuck to it. I love all of the support that I get from the people here, it is wonderful.

I understand how you feel, the amount of times I have done the same thing. I try not to buy any clothes now for that reason. It is hard, but keep going, you are taking the right steps by still exercising. Its hard to stay motivated. Hang in there though. Regards Chantelle

Please don't get me wrong, I am sure it does happen. I just don't think that it is fair to put that pressure on anybody to feel that they have to be skinny to do well.

It also sounds a little bit "scare tactic" as well. I don't think that saying women earn less because they are overweight sends the right message to people.
