Live Points are used to buy stuff in the Marketplace - games, themes, addons, avatar clothing, etc. To play online against or with other people you will need a Gold subscription which has a monthly cost. You can buy both Points and subscription at places like Walmart, Target, Gamestop etc.

"Buy Petites" Hahaha, easy for someone to say who is not short.

I would rather use my treadmill indoors because: 1) I have Ehlers-Danlos syndrome and I am wobbly when I walk. I use the bars on my treadmill to help "guide" me and be there in case I need to catch my balance. 2) I have osteoarthritis in my knees and hips (from Ehlers-Danlos) and it is PAINFUL to walk on a cement sidewalk.…

I drank 1 cup 3x a day of loose leaf spearmint tea for a month and I did notice a change in the texture and growth rate of my facial hair. The thing with spearmint is you have to drink it everyday and they recommend 3 cups. Once you stop, so do the benefits shortly after. I also used powdered Inositol which also helps with…

Low intensity? Not everyone walks casually. I walk like I mean it on my treadmill, alternating inclines, HR in the 160's, sweat dripping, unable to speak much or drink. That's not low intensity. I burn 450-550 in an hour so it's not unlikely at all that the OP burned 619 in an hour.

Absolutely possible, especially if you were using a chest strap HRM and it was set up accurately. The HRM sees how your body is responding and calculates your calorie burn, MFP doesn't.

I've had a few of the vegetables Smart Ones in my freezer for several months now, untouched.. Don't really eat them, they are more for "emergencies" when I run out of food and too lazy to go to the store. Unlike everyone else here though, I actually am suppose to consume 5g of sodium a day for medical reasons so the sodium…

I bake my salmon filets at 420 for about 20 minutes (I use an in-oven meat digital meat thermometer) with a brush of olive oil, cracked pepper, basil, garlic, spritz of lemon juice and then completely covered with fresh dill. I usually eat it with couscous, quinoa or brown rice and any steamed veggie or I will bake…

I'm afraid you're going about it all wrong if you want to tone your back door.

After about 5 or so times of quitting and either failing or going back within a few months, I did some research and decided to give Wellbutrin a try. That was 3 years ago. Within 2 days @ the max smoking cessation dose, my desire to smoke was decreased by about 90% and smoking cigarettes was physically tormenting (they…

There's really different types of walking so by "walking" comparison alone, it's not very accurate. I can walk on my treadmill for 60 minutes with my HR at the beginning of my zone, not even break a sweat and only burn about 300 calories. This is "casual" walking (I do on my off days) and during this time I can carry on…

Seriously? The commercial did come off as claiming a healthy stance but still.. READ THE LABEL. My gosh.

I probably should have noted that I have just general uterine issues, possibly even endometriosis, so my debilitating pain is definitely NOT the norm. The other odd side affect is that my menses usually have a fairly strong metal smell to them - not the usual iron-like smell but well, I'm assuming it's a copper/iron mix,…

I've had a Paragard in for a year now and it hasn't messed with my cycle duration at all. It did hurt during placement but it wasn't too too bad; I did take a double dose of ibuprophen an hour before. My periods themselves are inconsistent with their flow, which is usual for me and not the fault of the Paragard. However I…

It has protein but it also has a ton of calories so I skip it and use Bell Plantation's PB2 which has a MUCH better calorie/protein ratio. (85% less fat calories + 6g protein per 2 TBSP). I'm really not a peanut butter person but I do like to use it in shakes and homemade oatmeal bars and cookies, etc.

I feel so silly because I replied to your status (saying you posted this) before finally realizing that YOU POSTED THIS TOPIC, lol. I understand completely what you are saying! When my TSH was at 17, I was non-functioning physically and mentally. When it was at 6 and then 8, I was still able to physically function…

Neither? Daily dose of diet and exercise.. Those pills carry too many health risks anyways.

I've made something similar except no banana and they were no-bake (freezer). Definitely going to make these RIGHT THIS SECOND, but with PB2 and Stevia... And another batch with PB2 and Domino's Brownulated

I really haven't increased anything except some fruits because I realized their calorie to serving-size was low (Strawberries). I have actually DECREASED my serving sizes of most things I eat. I use to pile on A LOT of cheese, now I use .25 of a serving of shredded cheeses instead of the full 1/4 cup. If a full serving…

You should not be feeling deprived at all - food is fuel for you body as gas to a car so as long as you are within your NET calorie goal then most definitely eat. I have the same daily NET calorie goal as you and I do eat quite a bit, more so when I am eating clean foods (fruits, veggies, lean meats, etc.). Most days I eat…
