I started at about a size 18/20 and I am currently hovering between a 10-14. Mainly size 12 (UK SIZE 12). Starting weight was 211lbs and I am currently 158lbs. Need to lose another 20 pounds to be at my goal. I am 5'2.

I started at 15 stone 1lb and at the minute I am 11st 4lb. Still got 1st 5lb to go until I reach my target for myself!

I find that All Bran (bran flakes) with unsweetened almond milk is lovely! Only 140 calories if you have 30g with 240mls of milk. and it definitely holds me until lunch! or porridge with skimmed milk :) x

Hi, don't want to seem silly but I don't get the whole eating back calories burnt (whats the point in exercising if you going to eat calories back) - I've read through loads of forums re: this but I still don't get it! lol Please someone explain in simple form :p xxxxx

I really like ministry of sound fitness dvds.. pump it up one is my favourite! i can only do the first two sections though lol .. the high intensity i cant get there just yet! but the bums tums part is very good!! :D xxx
