    Turkey sandwich on the 45-cal Delightful wheat bread w/ 1 slice of low fat pepperjack cheese and mustard, and a 1/2 cup of low fat cottage cheese, and some goldfish - YUMMO :) Oh and of course water lol

    Salmon burger (bunless) topped with either pineapple or corn & chili salsa (or both!), maybe red pepper hummus and some veggies on the side. And maybe a few tortilla chips to go with the salsa.
    And guacamole! It was super tasty!

    Quite a small lunch today, because I haven't been feeling well:

    Two slices of ciabatta with butter and a tiny bit of honey with a salad of lettuce, cucumber and garden peas with salad cream. Plus a big mug of green tea.

    I had a broiled avocado with parmesan, lime juice and chipotle tabasco with a salad with baby tomatoes, bacon and salsa yogurt ranch dressing.

    A serving of sweet potato crinkle cut fries. Under 400 calories and fills a craving for burger and fries.
