I hate them also. I found Dole peach mango smoothie 3 protein in freezer section and add 1 chiobani plain yogurt 18 protein, 1 cup skim milk 8 protein =29 protein

So happy for you. I started at size 36 and now can wear size 16 so I share in your joy. I think it must have been middle school when I was this small. I am 50 and started jogging for the first time in my life at 49 years old. I do have bad knees. I try to jog indoors or on dirt mostly, But I have jogged some on concrete. If it starts hurting I walk. I am able to jog 3 miles in 36 minutes with out stopping. No real heart problems just a low heart rate sometimes. Good Luck…

I have been walking with Leslie DVD's since April 2011. It fits in with my work schedule. I can do three miles in 45 mins at lunch. Love the work out.

I cook ahead on Sunday. Then walk before I get home and eat dinner. Because I find it hard go back out after I am home to exercise. Also at work I do my lunch walk before I eat. 30 min walk and 30 mins to eat.

I have lost 122pounds over the last year and my knee and both feet kill me. My doctor to me to take 4 COSAMIN ASU MAXIMUM STRENGTH a day and gave me exercises for my knee or I would be getting knee replacements in 2 years.
