Why does anyone even care about their bone size!!! You should be more concerned with the amount of fat that is being carried on them!! Forget the bone size, eat right & work out. Bones won't make you look fat, fat will!

I've recently started lifting heavy and wish i did it sooner! I weight train every other day, with weights as heavy as i can manage for 3 sets of 8-10 reps on each exercise. I am only 5'1 and i'm not overweight. I aim for 1200 and when that is full of healthy wholesome food it is definitely filling enough and sustainable. 1600 calories a day is more than my maintenance. I have bradycardia and an underactive thyroid, even during intense exercise my heart rate rarely goes above 130 (nowhere near my maximum) but i've still managed to lose weight with time and effort. I've got diagnosed hypothyroid 9 years ago and have been taking 125mcg for the last 6 years. I was a little overweight but have managed to lose 15lbs so far! It is possible just may take a little longer :)

Ive been doing RI30 for a while, took a week out because i was ill but have finally finished Level 3. I hated Level 3, just found i didn't enjoy some of the exercises. Please tell me week 4 is more fun like weeks 1 &2!

I felt like it wasn't working my abs at all as i spent most of the time rocking and rolling all over the floor and whenever i did manage to do the pop up it was wobbly and i kept going to the right, haha!

I'm on D2 L3 today also, i found them really strange and was going all over the place when attempting to pop up, so i also would like some ideas?! :)
