That's my goal...well, not actually to walk around naked (I have too many kids), but to undress for the shower in front of that huge mirror (I SO feel you) and feel good no matter what the angle. Not sure that is possible, but it's my goal :):flowerforyou:

Alrighty, well i'm barely over 5'1 and 120 and my body is VERY similar to this. I'm guessing 27% bodyfat. I think she is beautiful and a "better" representation of an average woman than most models. I spray tan about 3 x month and I love it. It is not streaky or orange. I also go to a place that uses an organic formula so it is safe to breathe. It can get expensive, but I only go in the summer or for vaca.

I am a teacher and a mom of 3...so active in all seasons! Okay, I am working against myself here. I eat below that (mostly) and keep thinking cardio is the answer. Heavy strength training here I come! Any specific things I could try?

I think both can be beautiful. Me personally, i just wanted to say I'm thin, had nice full breasts before I had and nursed 3 babies, and then had small, sad, empty ones. Outback's nutrition is on the web. I go for the small sirloin special..not so bad! The calories are in the apps, the toppings for potatoes, etc. Even the bread isn't that bad if you don't eat the whole loaf!

I liked them and didn't think they were too expensive, but they did not satisfy my hunger...I do use them as a supplement at times. No real weight loss to speak of but I am a healthy bmi

I am sorry to hear of your son's passing. It is great that you are starting to regain control. Sometimes I use exercise to dull pain. It seems that the pain gives me the drive on some days. Good luck to you.

that I am not a big girl but still sport a lot of cellulite. And that people are always saying "why are you wearing shorts?" in pool situations. and ditto on the chub rub...every freakin time. Whenever I lose enough weight to avoid this, I am sick skinny (meaning unhealthy)
